Anaesthetic
Local anaesthetic cream may be used to assure maximum comfort. An additional gel is then used to help reduce friction for easy gliding and comfort.
Aftercare
Strictly avoid the sun as we advise the need to avoid sunscreen for 24 hours. Maximise sun avoidance for 72 hours.
Avoid active skin products, such as retinoids, vitamin C for the first week after a SkinPen Precision procedure.

The main difference between the SkinPen® Precision and other devices is the design of the motor. Firstly, the mechanism that pushes and pulls the micro-needles is fully motorised, whereas many devices rely on a spring to retract the needles, which can cause dragging and marking of the skin.

What should I expect after a procedure?
The skin will appear pink to red immediately post procedure, similar to a mild to moderate sunburn. Additionally, other treatment responses may be dryness, rough skin, tightness, peeling, itch and discomfort that all resolve without any complications.

I had my first consultation with Dr Trish yesterday re HRT, having become disillusioned with ‘private practice’ due to my experience in Scotland. Wow - what a difference to have someone who is genuinely interested in your wellbeing, passionate about her area of expertise and so generous with her time. The consultant was comprehensive and informative, her decision making was thoroughly explained and reassurance given in a non patronising way. At the previous practice I had to wait 3 weeks for my prescription medication to be delivered. With Dr Trish I received an email saying it will be delivered this evening - less than 36 hours after consultation! In addition the cost for 3 months is going to be less than I was paying for 1 month. There may have to be tweaks as we, together, get to be best possible outcome but I have total confidence that Dr Trish will be there for me. I would 100% recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Trish. Her expertise and knowledge is outstanding. I felt an immediate - within an hour! - change in my mood and energy levels when I started taking the regulated estreogen. I have also experienced an uptake in the other HRT supplements recommended by Dr Trish! She takes the time to explain the practicalities and also the science and medical aspect of HRT. I saw Trish in February of this year, as I was really struggling to manage some really unpleasant symptoms of menopause. I really wanted a holistic individualised approach, as opposed to a one size fits all. I was so frustrated that the more conventional treatments weren't working for me, and began to feel that I was beyond help. I found my appointment with Trish an absolute eye opener, because of her attention to detail, her interest in me as a person, and her assessment of my history. I first met Trish last year when I sought advice about ongoing menopausal issues. Trish has a thorough understanding of the menopause, her knowledge is up to date and her compassion is evident. I had some worrying symptoms that my GP felt did not warrant investigation but Trish provided me with a clear and concise assessment which my NHS GP took on board. This resulted in prompt action and subsequent treatment on the NHS which without her expertise I would not have had access to. To say I am grateful is an understatement! To say thank you really doesn’t seem to do justice to the support Trish provided, but thank you again. I would highly recommend Trish and I would not hesitate to seek her advice again if needed.

Another amazing treatment from Dr. Trish. This time a Preime® Dermafacial. Second time having this treatment as the results are AMAZING!. Skin feels and looks so good immediately after the treatment but unlike other facials I’ve had the results last for weeks. I had the Preime® Dermafacial this time as prep for my wedding day. Results were fantastic again. When your wedding day make up artist comments ‘I barely need to use any foundation, your skin is so good’ you know the treatment was worth the money. I have been going to Trish for my HRT as well as other anti-ageing treatments such as Obagi skincare and Botox for over a year. Imo she is a formidable ally for us pre/post and menopausal lasses: she took time to investigate my concerns, helped me sort out my HRT regiment according to my personal situation, which my GPs neither have the time nor resources to, and she keeps my treatment regiment monitored. I even got my husband signed up for Trish's HRT treatment and he's doing really well as well. I also totally trust Trish to do my Botox treatments - she's very gentle in her touch, precise in her dosing and clearly understands the facial anatomy better than many other practitioners not very thoroughly trained in the subject of human anatomy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

DR Trish is a super understanding woman . I've been seeing her for a year . I was on Antidepressants which have I've suffered on them . Dr Trish said I need hrt not AD. I have tried a few hrt and with tweaks here and there I'm starting to feel better slowly. Worth every penny. Thankyou Dr Trish 😘
